"The check in time was supposedly 10pm,we arrived at approximately 9.15pm due to transfer problems.There was no one at the reception and so we had to ring the number at the gate to get the gate combination.However as lovely and helpful the lady I spoke to was,the language barrier proved difficult.Fortunately there was a couple of young Spanish ladies staying at the complex that overheard our conversation and opened the gate for us.Because of maintainance problems we could not get into our apartment on the second floor but a studio apartment for the night had been allocated.We were grateful for that. The apartments are lovely and clean,the staff are very helpful and pleasant and a very relaxing complex is what we got.So no problem there,however on our day of leaving we had to vacate by 11 am.Our pick up was 5 pm so we asked if we could keep our apartment and willing to pay but that was not posible,but we could leave the cases at reception which we said we would do.However at 11 am the reception was locked up,so we asked the cleaner to open up the office which she kindly did but she was only working until 3 pm and so we had to be back at the complex for then. The moral of the story is be prepared if you have a late flight.Otherwise enjoy your stay.Would we go back.....YES."

"Booked this hotel as a little getaway for me and my partner for a few nights. We only even usually go to a place once and then go somewhere else the following year. We’ve already decided to re book for next year. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The view from our terrace was absolutely stunning. The hotel was always clean and tidy. The pool area was so quiet and relaxing. The walk into town wasn’t even as bad as I first thought. Getting back up the hill to the hotel was a bit difficult so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues but of course that’s not the hotels fault. Our room was exactly like photos and had everything we needed including plates, pans and cutlery. Genuinely have nothing negative to say. Amazing hotel , definitely recommend."
