“Balconies get no sun due to massive overhang. Bar service was awful, 9/10 times long queues. Quality of food was dire, very cold, boring and repetitive. Reception staff, well words cannot come close to describe how unhelpful/ uninterested they are. I tried to change hotel but Experia were no help. Would never stay here again. Will not use Experia again. Only positive about this hotel was the water pressure in the shower + that was brilliant.”

“The views are amazing! The staff were excellent throughout our stay—always polite, friendly, and willing to help. Whenever we needed assistance, they did their best to meet our requirements. We also want to mention that when we first arrived, the room we were given was advertised as having an ocean view, but in reality around 80% of the view was the roof of the floor below. After we raised this issue, the staff handled it professionally and were very helpful in resolving it.The entertainment……

“We stayed at the riosol the staff are so helpful friendly And so nice they could do enough for u on the 3rd day of my holiday my husband suddenly passed away .staff were great translated for us , when police came upgraded us so we didn’t have to worry about anything helped any time we needed it fantastic hotel”

“Boendet/lägenheten var fantastiskt fin! Älskade rymligheten, möblerna och fräschheten både inomhus och på balkongen. Älskade det nya köket med kyl, frys, diskmaskin, ugn, mikro och en mycket snabb spis. Vi hade två fräscha badrum och det var fantastiskt! Egen parkeringsplats i garaget till vår hyrbil bara en hisstur ner var superbra! Det som skulle göra det bättre är om det byggs en pool till. Mina barn är lite äldre och vill inte vara med alla skrikande småbarn. Det skulle lätt kunna byggas en……

“Easy to find by car with convenient parking in front (reserve in advance). The apartment looks clean and is well-equipped with a good kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. However, there was a noticeable musty/dusty smell, and we had no hot water in the shower on two mornings. Also, the photos online are quite heavily edited and don’t fully match reality (e.g. window frames not visible in pictures). Big plus: the stunning view over Anfi del Mar and the sunset from the balcony, and a nice……

“Ligging goed tov mogan mall. Er is een trap om overal te voet naar toe te kunnen gaan aangezien het hotel tegen een berg ligt. Het ontbijt was uitmuntend! Wel dient men te vermelden dat de spa gereserveerd dient te worden telkens en het chloor gebruik enorm hoog is. Ook de netheid liet de wensen wat te over. Zo vonden we de tweede nacht tussen topper en matras van het bed een vape van vorige gasten. Doch na deze kleine minpuntjes beveel ik het hotel aan!”

“The location is amazing and very central, the room was quiet. I loved the breakfast selection and fresh food with so much variety. Staff was lovely and friendly. The a/c worked well. Only the coffee was horrible but this usually happens in hotels. If they fix that it's a 10/10.”
