“Great location in Puerto Rico, down 182 steps to the main shopping centre with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Great sized pool, although wasn’t heated so in April was freezing cold! Decent pool bar, although food a little expensive for the portion sizes and quality. Great apartment with all the things you need, clean and decent sized balcony with great views. Would stay again. ”

“Lovely little apartment. We were a family of four and it was plenty adequate for us all. Very comfortable pull out sofa bed. Very quiet. I loved the pool, so beautiful. We will definitely be back”

“I wouldn’t actually return to Puerto Rico due to the hills but the Servatur Montebello itself was just what I was looking for.
The guys in reception were so friendly & helpful, the apartment was clean and the pool was beautiful.
My only two issues were the tiny weeny bugs that were prevalent in the kitchen area (quite a lot, even though I kept killing them) & a lack of kitchen equipment (general crockery but no extras for food prep or storage).
Other than than (& the walk back up after going……
