“Clean and cozy! Beat our expectations and then some. 2 mini splits so temperature control can be adjusted in the bedroom and in the living room (we liked that). Felt like home and the area and property are beautiful! Host was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful experience 👍 Thank you!”

“When arriving at cozy cottage, the checking in information was very helpful, and easy for managing the code to unlock the front door. We were going through closing on the purchase of our new home, and we were so grateful to have found such a “Cozy” suite to keep our pets comfortable, and stress free during this time of transition. Thank you for providing us a place a quiet solace, during this time. We will be recommending “Cozy Cottage” to our family and friends who consider their pets a part of……

“I made this reservation for a person who came to speak at Emmanuel Episcopal church. I think she found all to be in very good order. She told me she even laundered the sheets because she "was up and had nothing else to do" on Sunday. Thank you”

“The property was well equipped and very clean for our overnight stay. The hot tub was enjoyable once the weather cooled down in the evening, very clean and temp was just right. The neighborhood was very quiet. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is the beds definitely could use new mattresses. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it served our needs. The hosts are great with communication.”

“The host was very gracious and patient with me. I would love to be their guest again! ”

“It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.”

“Quaint little older home. Very clean, well stocked with linens, coffee, shampoo, body wash, etc. Extremely convenient to downtown Southern Pines. Ample parking for two cars. Had concerns over electrical outlets. The outlets in the kitchen and smaller bedroom sparked everytime something was plugged into them. The house was built in the 1940's, so understandably there was a noticeable smell (musty). Kitchen had been renovated, but it was obvious some things went lacking (ceiling was painted in……

“Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was extremely unclean upon arrival and the unit was not well maintained. I would not recommend this rental to others.”
