“We booked our stay MONTHS in advance. We received all the usual advance notices before our arrival. When we arrived, the property was already occupied. We were stuck without a place to stay on the weekend before Christmas. The owner apologized for ‘VRBO’s error.’”

“What a great house to spend time in a quiet neighborhood relaxing. We had all we needed and plenty of extras so we didn’t have to buy paper products or spices. The house was so clean and the checkout process was very easy. Communication was excellent and responses were quickly received. No problems at all and we would so stay here again.”

“The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. “The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance.”
