"Wow, the overall property seems to be a good experience. The upkeep of the property is less than stellar. The cottage we stay in was not very clean. Lots of dust and the floor was dirty. The back patio kept getting the sprinkler on it so it was wet we could hardly use it in the back. I would say that they’re very close to an excellent property if they would work on maintenance and cleanliness it could be better."

"This is an amazing property and a hidden gem in Elizabethtown! So many thoughtful and wonderfully designed venues in one resort—with art collections and collectibles everywhere. The cottages were so clean and amenities are over the moon, awesome porches, with rockers, and waterside views… and the people and staff are the greatest! I will go back."

"Our stay was the best ever, all the linens were all white and spotless. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced and we have been Vrbo members for years, my husband was concerned about staying at a winery and distillery. But we ate at the onsite restaurant which was outstanding bu the way and ate ice cream on the porch at the Tipsy Toad.
