“Great customer service from all the staff. Very quiet and was not disturbed. Check in and out was easy. The breakfast was ok. Housekeeping was awesome. The room was clean. I did have a humming noise that came from the refrigerator but it wasn't that bad but needs to be fixed. Overall it was great for my business stay. ”

The breakfast, with the on-staff chefs (to prepare fresh egg dishes, french toast and, I assume, pancakes) was the best hotel/inclusive breakfast I can remember in the US; and I am well-traveled. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and responsive. ”
