“We stayed for one night on our way to somewhere else. The house was close to I95, clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host sent the checkin instructions in advance and we had not issues getting into the house with the provided code. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods and snacks. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more cutlery (we found 3 forks and 3 spoons) and a couple more stainless steel pots (there was just a small one).”

“There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up……

“House was perfect for me and my family. We hosted my grandchildren for a couple days and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. We also brought our dog who loved the fenced backyard after the long drive.The house was very clean. Fresh bedding, blankets, comforters. Kitchen was well stocked and the house had plenty of towels and wash rags. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to book again in the future. Thank you!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! A cute little cottage in the country, a lovely quiet location less than 2 miles to Raven Rock park entrance. The beds were soooo comfortable, a huge shower, a nice patio out back, a full size refrigerator. And a lovely kitty cat to keep us company outside. Yesenia is a wonderful hostess, and we are actually considering making this our go to when visiting family in the area. ”

The host was very kind and accommodating when we requested an early check-in because the viewing of our loved one time was earlier than the scheduled check-in, and we wanted to freshen up before heading to the funeral home. "As someone who travels extensively and stays in all types of hotels, from luxury to budget, I found the complete lack of basic professional courtesy from the front desk staff quite surprising. There were no smiles, and basic polite words like "thank you" or "please" were absent. While my expectations for facilities, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi are aligned with the hotel's price and star rating, this fundamental lapse in service was genuinely disappointing and regrettable. This was, frankly, the first time in my very extensive travel history that I've encountered such a consistently cold reception."
