“The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.”

“Ok place to stay, but there are a lot of better options for same or less money. We picked this property because we travel with our two dogs. We arrived to find no green space around the property. In fact, dogs are not even allowed in the park. We had to walk them to the front and out of the park everyday. The pictures on the listing do not fairly represent the property either. Propety was fairly clean, but needed some TLC with a deeper clean and maintenence. Walls scuffed, holes in pillow cases,……

“Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I……

“Excellent location - clean, quiet, well-kept community. Boat launch was key for us. Pool and beach looked very nice, but we didn't use. The unit is as described and has a nice patio out back that we used every day.”

“Such a lovely house and property. The view of the ocean was right outside the back porch. The swimming pool was also great, shaded in the afternoon. There's even an outside shower by the pool to rinse off. I love that it's salt water, not chlorinated. The host was excellent and answered questions quickly. My only complaints are the bed in the 1st bedroom was not very comfortable and 2 outlets in the kitchen don't work. ”

“We lucked out and had great weather during our stay. We have been to the Venture Out location before but this was our first time at this rental. The cottage is very clean and updated, it was nice to have the little porch and the sunbathing lounges and kayaks to use. If we had stayed longer we would have used the bikes. We were very happy with this rental. I loved the kitchen chandelier. Everything you need is there. The ONLY thing I would suggest is thicker bed pillows. Other than that, it was……
