“Lovely room, great breakfast and hassle free check in and check out”

“What a beautiful place!! We stayed for two nights and was made to feel so welcome. We stayed in the room only "Eddie" and was perfect as we were out and about during the day.. Already planning of coming back for longer and staying in the other apartments.”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”

“Excellent small hotel - Very handy to city centre (behind main shopping street). Staff were excellent - shout out to Carlos for sorting us out with a quieter room as we were needing an early night before the Belfast marathon the next morning, which he organised for us. Mo on reception was also great and sorted us out with new batteries for the TV remote quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including tea& coffee. We parked in NCP Tannery Street, a few mins walk away and……

“Thoroughly mediocre, at best. Obnoxious check-in kiosk which doesn’t work with Expedia reservation and nearby staff sitting idly by, who seemed put out when assistance was ultimately requested. The facility is quite worn with little apparent maintenance/upkeep performed. ”
