Excellent Room. We paid for an upgrade to a suite. Excellent facilities in the room. Lovely friendly staff. Free taxi to the Galgorm Castle for dinner. Excellent therapy village. Highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Galgorm and it exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both faultless. But what truly stood out, however, was the level of customer service. Every interaction felt genuine and personalized, which made the stay feel memorable rather than routine.

The whole experience was amazing, the staff were so helpful, the thermal village was delightful, I love staying at Galgorm. It was so Christmassy with gorgeous decorations and everything feels so luxurious.
