Great location within walking distance of the bus station and the city centre. If you’re planning to have easy access to buses to and from the airport, this is the right place. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. There is a nearby homeless shelter/charity kitchen, so you may occasionally see people in the area, but I didn’t find it disruptive as a solo female traveller. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Auckland. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming ( Argentinian men )

Stay the night for my husbands birthday in a p/suite great view lovely staff Just missing the sweet little cafe onsite to have that morning coffee Did try the coffee and pastry on Federal st, wasn’t us ended up going home to our local cafe Couldn’t fault the room or the staff Bou the concierge was awesome
