“Great place to stay with our small children. The whole process was smooth and the place was very well maintained. Definitely recommend!”

“Feel for the price of what we paid need to modernize the location.... oven could barely hold a small pizza .... we had to move the TV to the other room for the kiddo at 1800 for 4 days these little details do make or break the overall experience of the trip. The good, the bed was comfortable and nice to come back to from a long day of hiking the park..... location is about 5 mins from down town .... amazing views at dawn and dusk where we would sit on the patio before starting the day or ending……

“One of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Everything was perfect and hope to rent there again.”

“Wood burning fire place was nice Water pressure in bathroom sink poor.”

“This condo was the perfect spot to stay for our Rocky Mountain National Park vacation. We spent five days in the park, and being so close made it easy to get there for early morning timed entry tickets! The view from the balcony was outstanding- I spent most of my time at the condo sitting out there. Downtown Estes Park is close enough to make getting there a breeze, while being removed from the throngs of people in a quiet haven. The pool and hot tub were not the cleanest while we were there,……

“Very spacious! I don’t usually trust the online photos, but these are accurate. The downstairs suite has a king bed and a bunk bed plus a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Only complaint was the bed was so comfy, it was hard to make ourselves get up in the morning! We had a great time & easily made a nice dinner with our extended family. Fireplaces and balcony were big pluses. Quiet & clean. Great decor & attention to detail.”

“The property is nice and the view is beautiful, although carpets are dirty and lower level bathroom has broken tile and mold in the shower. We used the pool which was warm, but it needs a good cleaning. The gas fire pit didn’t work and we talked to a unit owner who said it hadn’t worked all summer. Some maintenance is needed for this property.”

“Bath towels, shower curtain and comforters need replaced. More thorough cleaning, vacuum under couch, remove mold in master bedroom shower, throw pillows and throws in livingroom need replaced. Check in was easy. It is away from downtown but an easy 5 minute drive. I did communicate all items to manager. We had a great time.”

“Met a dear friend who had never been to Colorado for a quick getaway and the views of the mountains and lake from our large deck was exactly what I was hoping for. Sitting on the deck each morning and night was the perfect way to begin and end our days. Cabin well situated except possibly an update of the living area TV. An updated one would enable guests to watch a movie in the evening to enhance one’s enjoyment before retiring for the night. Also the kitchen was definitely functional and……

“Great location to everything we wanted to do in Estes Park!Nice condo with lots of extras like an overly fully stocked kitchen and even pool towels and hiking guide books for the Park.A couple of minor things were broken but the host was super responsive and they are getting them fixed.”

“Great location and beautiful mountain home! King sized bed was super comfortable, the deck and view gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. I hope to return!”

“Everything was as described. The condo was clean and neat and all the odds and ends were available for use (ie kitchen utensils, soap, ice, white goods, dvds, extra towels, coffee and coffee maker, etc.). Nice privacy, well lit, close to Estes Park, good views. I’d definitely recommend.”

“Cleaning was over priced we had to leave towels in dryer. Coffee maker had dirty filter left in it. Patio window dirty! Dining table dirty! Paper towel dirty on top, no recycling. Pillows flat!!! Had to find dumpster to remove all garbage before leaving. Batteries dead in remote and clock!! No smoking and we smelt pot smoke in hallway! No pets and got woke up by barking dog!!”

“I did appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms. That was very nice. However, both bathrooms had mold and I did not like that one bit. Everything else was great. Two fireplaces and able to cook in the kitchenette. I would have liked it if the refrigerator had a bigger freezer. Overall we did enjoy our stay.”

“Very clean, nothing fancy. The bathroom in the master is very small. The hot tub was hot but the jets were hit or miss. Location was great.”

“Clean and comfortable. Host responded in a timely manner.Enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer.”

“Perfect.”

“Nice cabin with private hot tub. It was close to many activities we shared with our grandson- national park hiking, museum, miniature golf, the Birch ruins, and Stanley hotel ghost tour.”

“This cabin was perfect for our family of 5! Our teenage son took the bedroom upstairs, and the master bedroom downstairs was huge with a king size bed and twin size daybed with trundle to accommodate our two younger kids. The location was very easy to get to. We were about 5 minutes from downtown and the national park. We saw elk from our condo nearly every night! The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. The pool was within walking distance and just the right size. I would……
