Step into MacGregor Mountain 27C, a cozy one bedroom condo with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace or soak in your own private hot tub.
From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck and private hot tub. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the Queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your deck while taking in the brilliant night skies.
A short trip down the hallway takes you to the bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom. This Master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV and fireplace.
MacGregor Mountain 27C will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning.
This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

Mini-Fridge, not full size. Stove top only, no oven.
Toaster Oven only.
No washer or dryer.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, the community hot tub (not your private one) and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
