“First of all, the name of the property was different from what was shown on my reservation. The person at the front desk just kept saying that they were only there temporarily and did nothing to resolve the situation. I had booked three rooms, but one of them had not even been cleaned. In the end, we had no choice but to find another place to stay. It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.”

“Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked……

“The townhome is spacious with all the core amenities you'd expect. The location is safe, and the dedicated parking space directly in front of the unit is very convenient. They advertised 3 nearly identical units, but the pictures of the unit we booked did not match to the unit. It was not the furnishings, it was the location and sizes of the windows that told us that you get a random unit.”
