"It was a typical Embassy Suites stay — staff, service and room were great. I enjoyed the area around the hotel as well. A metro stop is an easy walk right down the street. The only issue I had was my room was on the fifth floor and there was only one elevator working the entire time I was there which led to some long lines and tense moments between guests."

"The property and room was exceptionally clean. The room did not have the typical stale smell that hotel rooms have when the filter needs changing. In addition, the valet service was excellent, delivering timely service. The bed was comfortable and the floor we stayed on was quiet which made for an excellent nights sleep. Last but not least, the aesthetic was top tier."

"Expedia failed to book our room with the hotel for us but the hotel staff quickly made accommodations though the hotel was fully booked. After all the trouble, we did not get the correct type of room but the next day, they switched to the type of the room we needed and it was perfect. They were so friendly and willing to help that it made our stay special. "
