The front desk staff was great! Helpful, respectful and courteous. The room itself was bad! Holes in the walls. Wall trim either broken or missing. Wall over the shower shows water leaks. Walked in to see bugs crawling on the floor. No access to a wifi password when it was supposed to be available. The bed was very comfortable! However, since the sheet was not for that size bed every time we rolled over the sheet came off! There also was no refrigerator in the room. Photos of the same room showed one. No ice machine or vending machines available when photos showed there should be. It was advertised that coffee would be available and it was not! The air conditioner was not working well. Said it needed a filter change. The vents on it were so full of dirt it was disgusting! The carpet in the hallway was filthy! Full of dirt, mud prints and what might have been drink stains. It was shown in their information that $25 would be charged upon check in for impending incidentals. They charged me $50! It was returned 10 days later but the point being they were not honest with their information. This is not a place I would recommend staying at!
