The pool is not big enough to swim laps in. It is two circles with a circular Jacuzzi in the middle. The Jacuzzi water was hot, but there are no Jacuzzi jets didn't work. We were told the pool was heated. But the water was chilly. The property is lovely . Everyone was helpful. My room had a dirty coffee cup on the mantle and someone else's shoes in the closet. But it also had a beautiful fireplace that was on a timer, a huge tub, and beautiful tile work. There was a lovely fire pit in the quad for anyone to use as well. We got dinner to go and ate by the fire. They have a free shuttle that will take you into town and bring you back within a range of miles . We did not use it, but we thought that was a wonderful service to offer.

Perfect location great staff that was so accommodating kind and welcoming. The room was pretty. Everyone was really great.

The Hacienda was an amazing place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in Santa Fe. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the square. The breakfast and happy hour were great and having a shuttle readily available is extremely useful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff really prides themselves in what they do there and it shows. All in all my wife and I loved this place and plan to stay again next time we are in Santa Fe!
