“Hosts were great people, easily accessible and knowledgeable of the local area. Check-in was a breeze. The cottage had all new kitchen appliances and TV while maintaining its original classic Maine cottage character. The property was expansive with wonderful views of the marshland, tidal river and ocean. Easily accessible to downtown Lubec, West Quoddy Light and Park, and the many trails of the Cobscook properties. We highly recommend staying here.”

“The cabin on the water was awesome. The owner has updated the space, everything is new and so very clean. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice. The cabin is without question one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The views, just outstanding. We enjoyed the quiet and taking day trips to the surrounding areas. “We enjoyed our 2-week stay in this town cottage overlooking Johnson Bay. The spacious deck on the rear of the house offered spectacular views of the bay below. The location was perfect for us. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. This house was especially well stocked with kitchen supplies and household staples. It was built many years ago and most of it has been renovated, including the kitchen and bath. There were new, screened windows in most of the home, but the front windows and……

“I was pleased with the property and hosts. The property is quiet and comfortable. The porch overlooking the river is fantastic. The problem came during and after check out. Our host said I was only registered for 1 adult 2 kids. I had reservations for 5 adults (2weee teens). Later she emailed me saying that because I was only registered for 2 she was charging my card an extra fee. Sure enough when I checked my card was charged again. I didn’t mind paying for the extra. I really had thought……
