Not what you expect
We booked this listing due to the number of people it could accommodate and its proximity to the beach. We had 13 adults and 5 children and did not have enough beds. The couch bed in the downstairs sitting space would have blocked the people from being able to get out if it was folded out. The upstairs couch did not make a bed as stated it did so we had 2 people without a place to sleep. We had spots in several areas that were leaking with no resolve the entire time we were there because “it is always booked.” The side bench in the pool was so sharp that it cut two of our kiddos legs. It was poorly renovated as evidence by the cracks in the ceiling, patched up walls and superficial renovations. The safety of the neighborhood was questionable at best. The first night we were asked to stay inside because someone was shot down the street, heard live gunfire 3 other times and we were told to stay inside again the last night of our stay. The drive in the alley nearly required a 4x4 due to the massive dips. Very disappointed in the house and with the other services we were encouraged to book through Sergio and Jacob. Boat ride was a bust, rain forrest was something we could have done on our own - no benefit in using Sergio’s business and the photographer we booked through Jacob was 1.5 hours late.
