“Very clean”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included.

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“Unpleasant experience ”

“Staff members are nice and helpful. Location is super convenient.”

“Definitely a place to stay if you are wanting a place to stay next to time square, but with that comes city noise, not like bad bad just some noises and honks. No microwave unfortunately. But hospitality and stay was calm as it can be!”
