This property is old and run down but clean.
The parking lot is falling apart also!
The location is great to be able to drive a little further from Sioux City. If I hadn’t booked on line we probably wouldn’t have stopped. But the desk staff were some of the best we’ve ever encountered! Kind, friendly and helpful‼️ The continental breakfast was a typical one but they had fresh bakery sweet rolls ‼️
