The room was so spacious with the hand basin separate to the bathroom area and two luggage racks make it so much easier. The room was quiet and in the morning the continental breakfast was more than ample. We loved our stay in Buffalo

Property does NOT have an elevator! Room felt dirty, bed was uncomfortable, noise from door at the end of the hallway slamming shut with people coming and going, area did not feel safe. “Breakfast” was horrible! Juice machine was broken, cereal dispensers were filled with “substitute” cereal, very limited selection, even the coffee was bad!

Shower curtain rod was barely connected to wall, so the curtain didn’t stay shut at all. Lots of missing paint. Hallways need to be vacuumed desperately. Room was clean and overall very quiet.
