“Overall the facility is in good shape. It’s obvious they have done work to renovate and modernize things. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was typical for this type of hotel (not fancy or amazing, but many options), and the room was clean except for the stain on the comforter.”

The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. “I booked two reservations at La Quinta for a road trip from California. First night was at your Rifle Co location and the second was in Des Moine Clive location. Both rooms stunk!! Hallways smelled as well. Hallway carpet in front of my door disgusting!! Food crumbs and misc debry! I will never stay at one of your properties Again. Never showered nor did I walk on the carpet at you rifle location after I saw hair on the sheets when I turned down the bed. Property had damaged doors and bugs……
