Silvan Ridge - Hinman Vineyards Tours

We stayed one night. The room was quiet and clean. Everything was available except a bottle of water!

General manager was very nice to our players and family. Ladies would play downstairs and even got spectators every night for soft volleyball. He nor his staff ever complained about them playing. There was confusion about if breakfast and parking were included with our stay Since we did book through a softball tournament. Every person we spoke to gave us a different answer. Some got parking validated and breakfast included and others only parking. Our room wouldn’t get cleaned when it was time, towels were not stocked. Only one dryer and washer for an eight floor hotel! Restaurant needs more than one waiter for bar and sitting area. Took over 30 min to just get drinks and well over 45 min to get our food order. Parking gets pretty bad come the weekend. We had to circle a couple times to get a spot.

This is a very cute room in walkable distance of a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops. The room was nicely designed, very clean and easy to access with digital locks. I didn’t hear any of the other people in the building which is a renovated apartment complex where you stay on the second floor. it’s a very charming building. Great homey feel. The downside is that it’s next to a train station which has very loud trains that go by at multiple times during the night past midnight. So I don’t recommend this place for light sleepers. We stayed in a room with a pullout bed, which I don’t recommend for anyone who has back problems. Probably fine for kids. The primary bed was very comfortable. The AC works very well and I was easily able to sign into streaming services on the TV. We were short on Sheets and the host got us more the next day. So they were very responsive. It’s a very cute area and watching the sunset from the large antique windows was nice.
