“Convenient location. Great communication.”

“The host cleverly omitted from the listing that the property is right next to the railway track, where a train crosses almost every 10 mins and most of the times it's 2 trains at one time, which makes it very noisy. It is next to the master bedroom. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn't even sleep properly for 1 night. Very bad experience. The bedframe in the master bedroom is wobly and not stable, so if one person turns, the bed moves disturbing the other person's sleep. The parking lot is……

“Very spacious and well equipped. The directions were perfect and made check in and out a breeze. This property is in the middle of downtown and was close walking distance to all of the things we were doing for prom. It was a great place and we will be back!”

“The apartment is good size, clean and the beds comfortable. Wish there was on-site parking, but parking is free at meters after 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, or you can park at the Davenport parking garage across the street for a price.”

“After driving for 3 days, I arrived to the rental and was initially impressed. It was clean, cute, ‘ spacious. Then we noticed water leaking from the portable AC unit; that wasn’t pictured in the photos when I made my rental selection. That thing was so loud too. It took a few hours for everything to get resolved & for the host to agree to cancel & refund my reservation. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is within walking distance to great restaurants- we walked to coffee every morning and had drinks or ate at most all of the restaurants. Close proximity to downtown as well. Parking was a breeze, never crowded on the streets. Fairly was very responsive and did a wonderful job making the space feel welcoming. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and truly pristine.”
