“Good host, location pretty close to downtown, clean and comfortable unit.”

“We love staying at our "Pretend" house (so named by our granddaughter). We have stayed in 3 different units and they are always spotlessly clean and just as pictured. The location is great and quiet. Thank you!”

“I had an amazing stay. The property managers were easy to contact. If I had any issues. The apartment itself was very clean and nice!”

“This is probably one of the best rentals I’ve been to, 10/10 would absolutely recommend!”

“Interesting property with lovely character. Congenial and accommodating hosts.”

“This was the prettiest Vrbo we have stayed at yet. Lovely accommodations, secure parking, and communicative host. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“The place was really nice and the proximity to restaurants and the river was awesome. Only issues we had were...the TV in the bedroom was inop and the front door code was confusing. Not just for us but numerous other guests were having issues getting in the front door. Everyone was trying to use their room door code to access the building.”

“I grew up in Spokane and still have family there. We went for a wedding and would have stayed with my brother’s family except their house was full. It was a great location from them and the downtown area. The building and garage security is great.”

“It’s super charming place with everything described in the description. Great location”

“Clean spaces, advertised as “limited” and supplies were very limited. No cork screw, spatula, large serving bowls or platters, no water or wine glasses tho there were highball/juice glasses and coffee cups. Coffee supplies for 2 pots only supplied, even tho 4 adults stayed for 6 nights. Barely enough towels. ONE extra garbage bag and paper towel roll though there was enough toilet paper. Parking was a real pain. If ubering in with no car it would be great, we had 2 couples meeting, each...

“Very beautiful and clean. In a great location to get to anywhere downtown”

“Great location. Good security. Everything as advertised.”

“The front door was poor - lacked paint and appeal. Lving room lighting was very poor with only a weak table and floor lamp. Bathroom floor was old, worn and unclean. (Poor sink drainage was corrected by host.) Bathroom mirror/cabinet is too high for short people. The ktchen was the unit's best feature - clean, well lit and properly stocked. It is a very good location on South Hill.”

“This property had its pro’s and cons: Pro’s: the two bedroom/two bath and overall living area of the property made it a decent value. It was also very clean and description is very accurate to the listing. Both beds were comfortable. Linens and towels very clean. Con’s: the location of the property is in a very dicey area of downtown where there are drugged out homeless people hanging out by the entrance and throughout several surrounding city blocks to the property all day and all night....

“Very responsive and helpful hosts, well represented in photos, convenient location to downtown. ”
