“I came here for a show at Howard theater, which was super convenient. The area is super fun with so many bars as the perfect place. Tons of nightlife easy to get to u St. Metro is just a block walk. Everything was perfect from check-in. The team was super friendly and I will definitely be back. 5 star and more if I can Thank you all”

“It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. ”

“The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. “Location, location, location. This is a perfect location for sightseeing in Washington DC. It is a short walk to the Capitol, National Mall, and many museums. It was perfect for our week-long trip. “We had such a great experience at this stay. From how communicative the host is to feasibility of check in/out, the stay was stress free and accommodating. “Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries.
