Nice room; reception was substandard compared to a lot of hotels that I stay at. Staff did not seem to know that service is important in a business. The hotel even charges for coffee in the morning.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was seamless. The room smelled stale and unclean when I entered the first night. When the cleaning crew came in the next day, they freshened up the room and it smelled better than the first day. I get that hotels and room can get older in time but it did leave a sour impression even though the room was clean. This could probably be helped with more intense cleaning supplies for the carpets. I’m assuming that was the primary issue.

Since we were planning to travel for 2 weeks using the hotel as our pre flight stay we requested a special parking rate. The hotel’s general manager kindly accommodated our request. The staff could not have been friendlier. A very pleasant stay.
