The room itself was fine, beds were clean, and the kitchen worked properly. But the hotel advertised breakfast and its just coffee and a few snacks. Management was unfriendly and unhelpful. On one of the days we stayed, the coffee creamer ran out and when we asked for more, we were told "there's no more." A few minutes later, someone related to the person behind the counter went for coffee and when it was out of creamer, the hotel associate gave them creamer. We didn't call it out to avoid conflict but it really pissed us off. You only receive good service if you're related to the hotel associates?? The other downside was room service never came by even though we stayed for 3 days. We had to reuse towels and sheets. The breakfast was a few prewrapped muffins or oatmeal. Room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a hair band on the floor. Just really gross, low quality.
