“When i got there, at first glance, the room looked and smelled really good until i got to the bathroom. The toilet and shower were not cleaned from the last people who stayed because there was poop stains in the toilet and hair in the shower drain and a dried up soap bar on the ledge of the shower. The garbage had used Q tips and kleenex left in it. It was gross.”

“Very nice room. Clean no frills hotel.”

“Hotel was clean enough but breakfast was meager and there were no amenities. Would prefer shampoo and conditioner in the shower.”

“Stayed only one night as we were passing through on our way to the UP. The hotel was nice and clean, and everyone was friendly. The breakfast was good with many options. The gym is very small with a few treadmills, pully machine, and a few free dumbbells. Ok for a quick workout. I would stay here again when in the area”

“Our room was hot, muggy and did not smell fresh/clean when we arrived. No coffee or condiments. Our tv remote didn’t work properly. Our tv was stuck on and could not get it shut off. We had to unplug it. Toilet would not flush, when we tried it was squirting out the base and leaking all over the bathroom floor. Dirty sewer water came up through the shower drain. When we notified staff their response was “oh yeah we know there’s a problem, others have complained as well”. But did nothing to……

“We very much enjoyed out stay here.. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. The tv had good reception and many channels. The area was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and there is a sheet in the room with rules for check out, etc. However, I do wish we had gotten a room on the first floor. There is no elevator and getting to the second floor meant navigating a long flight of straight up stairs. People with health issues like myself……
