“I should have cancelled my reservation right after my two interactions with the front desk staff over the phone. I spoke to females both times and they were rude, condescending and acted like I was being a nuisance with my phone calls. When I arrived the front desk area had a bizarre odor. The room had the smallest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room. And there was only one nightstand for a king size bed. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.”

“I don’t know so much as it was the host issue, but when I got to the property, I could not access the code on the door because I booked through Expedia and the host sent a message to Vrbo with the code. I did not know I had to access Vrbo for this reservation since I booked through Expedia I think that was the main confusion. Other than that the property was great. I think guest should be aware there’s no bar soap or shampoo or anything like that just some pump soap at the sink. I was not...
