“This was a great spot for our group. The air conditioning doesn’t really work upstairs, but there were box fans in the upstairs rooms that helped. We enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints.”

But that was really nothing.The place was spacious, clean, and quiet for the city. They had coffee and tea with the fixin’s available. It was a great stay!”

“The property was a great choice for our stay. It was located very close to transit. There were four of us and it was a good space for that many people. The living area was small but sufficient for 4 but would have been crowded for more. The stairwell was very narrow and no one with mobility issues should stay there. The refrigerator was very noisy. Overall it was a new, clean space and the Host responded quickly when we had issues with the tv and the coffee pot. Parking on the street was……

“This was the perfect accommodations for my family of 6. We had plenty of sleeping space, a full kitchen and a comfortable living area. The apartment is ground level, which made entrance so easy. Peter was great and responsive to all of my questions and needs. Having a washer and dryer was incredible and made our stay so much easier. Just a quick few blocks to the T and a Dunkin'. Also, a really great donut shop right next the apartment building. I definitely recommend this space, we had……

“Great little apartment close to the centre of Boston. We loved the large kitchen on the lower level. The neighborhood is surprisingly very quiet. Parking a car nearby is a challenge but the owner has suggestions.”
