“Fantastic little cottage; it looked even better than the pictures. We loved the porch and rocking chairs and spent a fair amount of time just enjoying the view when we weren’t out and about. It was clean and didn’t lack anything. The couch isn’t the most comfortable, but we didn’t do much sitting around inside so it wasn’t an issue. The beds could definitely use more pillows, but otherwise it was very comfy. There were only two of us so the cottage felt plenty spacious. This was the perfect spot……

“We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again.”
