The room had a horrible smell coming from The vents and then we found bugs in the bed. At breakfast the woman working the breakfast bar was incredibly rude. Children were filling cups properly. Not causing any problems and she snapped at them and told them they couldn't push the buttons and that no one was watching their children. The children were behaving better than most adults. Then some sprinkles were on the ground by the waffle bar and she was loudly complaining about sprinkles on the floor. She then put away all the waffle batter at 9:40 and said it was closed. She complained to peoples faces that they were about to close and go hurry up and it was 9:20. She was miserable. That was the icing on a horrible cake after having to sleep in a fecal smelling room then finding a bug in my bed.

Really impressed with this hotel. It felt more upscale than the price would indicate. The room was spacious and very clean. My kids wanted the game room to be bigger, but the games and pool area were well maintained. Breakfast was my favorite part. They had several gluten-free options including hard boiled eggs and bagels. I don’t find this often. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. If I were to be picky, I would say the rooms could be updated in decor to be more modern, but everything was in beautiful condition and fit the traditional vibe. Overall and very good and comfortable stay. We visit this area every year. I think we have found our new hotel.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! Everyone was so nice. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I loved the "Suite Shop". Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, staff, and clean for a quick trip!

The staff were all very pleasant, attentive, and helpful! Clean lobby, rooms, and grounds. Room was nice, spacious, and we appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Our only complaint was related to the pillows…they were very uncomfortable and the pillow case were like sand paper:( The front desk had new pillows brought to our room as requested; however, they were not any better or more comfortable.
