"A place like this one is why we will always choose VRBO Premier Host properties, it was exceptional in every way! The location was perfect as a home base to spend numerous days in RMNP as well as spending day trips to other areas of the Colorado Rockies. The home itself was extremely nice and big enough to accommodate our adult children when they came to stay with us for a few days. Two large family room areas, three separate bedrooms, and two spacious decks to view the mountains and wildlife allowed for everyone to gather together as a group as well as privacy and alone time when needed. Everything was as advertised and promised, thanks for an exceptional time in the Rockies."

"Beautiful property and very easy to locate. It is located continently near granby ranch. The condo was clean and had all the necessarily things to make us feel at home. Thank you for letting us stay. "

"Views were lovely, clear one day, foggy and mystical the next. Starry night skies and opportunities to sit outside and stay warm by the fireplaces were ever so nice. The entire house was very clean and beautiful. We loved the number of bathrooms - no waiting line for showers after our hikes and prior to use of the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, except we seemed a bit short of silverware, coffee mugs and kitchen towels. There were plenty of bed linens and towels, but there were not many washcloths to be found. It would be wise for a little sign to be on the front door placed above the door handle stating, "Pull handle up to lock and unlock the door." We had trouble starting the new grill - directions would be helpful.Problems: VRBO posted details when registering stated that a 1500 deposit was necessary. The management informed me that I could buy insurance instead. That was very helpful. When making the final payment, the notice stated Hello Alesia, was sent using a wrong registration number. I followed directions multiple times, could not complete the submission, texted for help and was told to simply follow directions. I finally found the mistake, sent my payment, and got a confirmation of payment, but NO apology for their error on the part of the hosts and a glitch in the system that could be readily addressed. I have used VRBO for a number of our annual girls' trip. This was by far the nicest abode yet also the most frustrating and time consuming experience. "
