“The pictures are not an accurate representation of the cabin. We knew it was rustic, but the pictures made it look clean, which it was not. Obviously the cabin hadn’t been opened for quite awhile, there were spiders and cobwebs in the bathtub/shower. There was also the smell of gas as soon as we opened the door. The carpets were terribly stained and the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned. Needless to say, we did not stay there and went back into Winter Park and rented a motel room. We paid to...

“We had a great stay! This location is great and the views are amazing.”

“The owner did not prepare the house for our stay, the heat was not turned on and is not a sufficient unit or set-up for the square footage or CO weather. The communication with me was o.k. but the communication with my adult daughter was short, rude and as if she was bothering her. A whole day of adventures was lost while waiting for another unit to be cleaned and was not ready after 4:30pm. I had also asked about adding a night, due to the move to the 2nd unit, and was willing to pay full price...
