“Unclear listing, inaccurate information on property pages. Needs quarters to take showers but was not told in advance. Poor sanity in the restroom and bathroom”

“Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. Regardless of these issues the place itself was a charm. The wooden walkway gave it a nice feel. I would……

“This cabin is so beautifully kept! We brought Duraflame logs for the fireplace for ambiance as the heating in the cabin is sufficient! The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen provided the cooking utensils needed for us to make our meals as well as spices to flavor our dishes! Both bathrooms have decent showers. Grand Lake is beautiful and it was nice to sit on the deck too enjoy the beautiful surroundings and stargaze at night! Heather was very attentive in messaging to our inquiries that we……

“I was thrilled that we chose this location! The minute I walked into the cabin I was excited with what I saw. Loved the location as it's super quiet and close to town. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the decor and layout of the cabin. The host thought of everything to make the place cozy, comfortable, clean and charming. I didn't want to leave. I hope to stay there again soon.”

“The owner did not prepare the house for our stay, the heat was not turned on and is not a sufficient unit or set-up for the square footage or CO weather. The communication with me was o.k. but the communication with my adult daughter was short, rude and as if she was bothering her. A whole day of adventures was lost while waiting for another unit to be cleaned and was not ready after 4:30pm. I had also asked about adding a night, due to the move to the 2nd unit, and was willing to pay full price……
