You have provided for my every knee, including extra special touches. I was especially delighted to find the house slippers and chocolate cookies. “We found the check in process difficult but realised on our travels around Colorado that this is normal. It was just missing the personal touch. The cabin was roomy and had everything needed (except a hairdryer!!!!) for a two night stay. It just all felt a little grubby. I do not like leaving a negative review as I am aware that it is someones livelihood. The cabin is close to Grand Avenue and all its amenities. Perhaps we had too high an expectation for the price. “Great cabin that is clean and in the quiet town of Ferncliff. We loved getting water from Crystal Springs up the road! Check in/check out was easy and management was very attentive.”

“Overall the cabin is very cozy and comfortable. Clean; stocked with cooking ware. We use ATT cellular, which was NOT available in the area, but bypassed it with Wi-Fi, which worked well. It’s close to the road, but there’s not much traffic so it was pretty quiet. The river seating area is beautiful but it is close behind the other cabins, so if you prefer more privacy it’s a little awkward. We didn’t meet the owners, but they are right there on the property and seemed like very wonderful……
