“good”

“空调太大声了！影响睡觉”

“This hotel is really, nice and esthetically pleasing except for the mold everywhere in the bathroom. I unfortunately didn't notice it until the the next morning when I had already slept in the room. It is on the ceiling, on the walls behind the toilet/on the wallpaper, in the shower....everywhere. This was my only real issue. When drive to the hotel you must be careful when turning off the road or you will turn into a small graveyard. Slightly confusing at first. However, good proximity, quite,……

“Gigi at the front desk was especially helpful. The property was clean and the rooms were nice. The only thing I would say negatively is the rooms need a sofa. There is nowhere to sit except for 1 chair and the bed.”

“Bad attitude of staff”

“ 还好”

“I paid my reservation, but when I got there midnight, they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude, they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room, all failed.Terrible, terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton, now I feel disgusting.”

“Very nice and well maintained property. The staff was very courteous. I would definitely stay again.”

“Anna was amazing during my 7 days at the hotel. Thank you very much. I will come back!!!”

“It was pretty good on the Internet at the time. I didn't expect that going in would be too disappointing. The front desk is a very old grandpa, he check in my room for almost an hour”

“The garbage pails in the rooms should have lining in them. They should have garbage bags in them. We did not want to throw anything out into the garbage pails because there was no garbage bag in the pails. I would highly suggest you get garbage bags into the garbage pails in the rooms. Otherwise, everything else was very good. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friend.”
