Great location and close to NEGA Medical and area restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Johnny's NYSP and Shane's Craft Burger for dinner. Then stroll over the pedestrian bridge to the downtown square. Breakfast consisted of self make waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon, cereals, yogurt, fruit, bagels and toast. Beds were good. Could focus on cleaning a little more.

The hotel was in a good location, right in the heart of college town. The area and grounds were clean & seemed safe when I walked my dog at night. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Three suggestions; The pool was closed although it was 95*f outside. The inside wall in the shower was bowed inward, reducing the space inside the walk-in shower making it difficult for those of us with wide shoulders and there was no handle for the elderly or those who are uncertain of the integrity of the wet floor.

We have stayed here before to see a show at the Hall and all was great, but this time there were ants in the room. Only 8-10 ants and the management seemed very concerned and will be addressing the issue. Will stay there again because of location and price. The garden area is very nice!

The room was nice, especially the comfort of the bed and the nice lighting. The shower water did not get hot, only luke warm, and I saw a few bugs in the room. The complimentary breakfast was good. I believe the hotel is still being remodeled, so there are probably a few things not completed yet. Overall an average to good review.

Our stay here was perfect, and Anna was amazing!! Hotel is clean and has picturesque amenities, pool felt great, grounds keeping was good as well. Had a slight issue with first room, however Anna fixed it immediately. Comfy beds too! Great for our stay!

The hotel was okay. My complaint is the road noise throughout the night. We got not sleep because of it. The hotel is located on two main roads that have truck traffic throut the night. The windows seem to be open, but they are not.
