The service was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not utilize the facilities as we were there for a conference. Room was clean. It was very quiet. Parking was not an issue.

I arrived at the hotel around 3:30am but the check-in time is 3:00pm and I paid additional early checked-in. Is there any way you can early check-in at your hotel. around 10:00am or little bit early?

베로나 추천해요
위치는 렌트를해서 큰불편함은 없었고 도스버거가 도보로 가능한 거리에요. 수영장도 한적하고 방도 깨끗했어요. 샤워기가 고정형인데 줄이 짧은거랑 물빠짐이 안되서 좀 불편했어요. 공용화장실은 안쓰시는게 좋을듯해요^^;; 방음이 안되긴한데 크게 불편하지는 않았어요~ 전반적으로 가격대비 만족합니다^^

최악이에요 정말....... 곰팡이냄새나고 진짜 최악 몇시간 쉬려고 들어간거였는데 도저히 못 있겠어서 샤워만 하고 나왔어요 수건도 1장 콘센트도 안되고 전화기도 뽑혀있고

Location was great. Staff was friendly. No wifi in room. Aircon not adjustable too cold. No room service. Both wi fi and roomservice were advertised. Free breakfast buffet so bad we only ate there once. Carpet in hall old, dirty, and worn.

This place appears to have been awesome in the 1980s. Generally in a low degree of cleanliness. Carpets in the hallways were stained and wet. They didn’t show up until almost 6pm to clean the room and only then after I asked for it. No wash clothes in the bathroom. Breakfast consistently served 30min after advertised start time. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the toilet was loose. The elevators were fast and smelled nice? Maybe that’s enough for you. The breakfast was tasty once it was ready. The price was low and I got what I paid for. With some investment this place is in a good location and has the potential to be a nice hotel.

I would of recommended this Hotel. I won't now they want me to pay for another night that i did not use. There was a communication problem but I'm still required to pay. So i believe this Hotel sucks!!!

トランジットのため一泊だけ宿泊しました。 部屋は綺麗に清掃され、フロントスタッフの方の対応も丁寧でとても快適に宿泊することができました。 一泊だけなので不都合は感じませんでしたがWi-Fiはホテルのロビーのみしか使用出来ませんでした。

체크인 시간이 3시인데 1시간을 기다리게 해놓고 계속 물어봐도 본인은 모른다 청소가 안끝났다는 말만 계속하네요. 저렴하든 말든 다시는 이호텔 오고싶지 않아요.

立地が良く、何も不十分なく楽しむことができました。 ショッピングを目的とした旅行の場合には少し繁華街から遠いかもしれませんが、私の場合はダイビングが目的だったため、何も問題ありませんでした。 お部屋もシーツの交換は環境保護のためできるだけしていないとして、ゴミの片付けとタオルの交換をしていただきましたが何も問題なかったです。 １つ難ありとした点では金庫がなかったため、貴重品はすべて持ち歩きました。 金庫があると便利だなと思いました。

朝食付きであったが食堂も正式でなく内容も一週間同じもので失望した。プールも壁に囲まれてリゾートホテルの様をなしてない。 部屋の造りも悪く夜は別部屋のドアの開閉の音がうるさくてねむれなかったし部屋もカビ臭かった。

15時ごろに部屋に戻ってもまだ清掃は終わってなくて、部屋の清掃をお願いしたにも関わらず夕方戻っても清掃してませんでした。 諦めて、部屋のコップの交換だけでも思いお願いしたら、不機嫌そうな顔でグラスを取りに来た。 他も色々とありましたが、次はないホテルです。

Hotel is completely rundown. Whole building needs a fresh coat of paint and routine maintenance and upgrades. Trimming in the room coming apart. Broken door handle on entrances. WiFi only available in the lobby. What hotel resort in 2019 doesn’t offer WiFi in the hotel room?

Bad Guam Hotel
Verona is poorly service and lacks decent cleanliness. Housekeeping need retraining to clean the rooms and walk ways. It is one hotel that i would never again stay or even recommend. Extremely dirty and saw dead roaches too.

물이 5시간 동안 안 나오고, 전기가 나가거나 엘리베이터가 고장이 나서 고생을 하고, 화장실 세면대 물이 바닥으로 세서 방을 옮겨야 했지만, 짐을 옮겨주는 직원이 없어서 고생을 해야 했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 직원들이 친절해서 무사히 넘길 수 있었습니다. 호텔 자체가 낡아서 그런 것인듯 한데, 위치도 다른 어떤 호텔보다 좋고, 풍경도 바닷가 근처가 아닌데도 불구하고, 좋은 편이므로, 시설적인 부분만 개선이 된다면 다시 묵을 용의가 있습니다.

No hot water so had to shower in freezing temperature, heater does not work so room is freezing. Management refuses to transfer us to other functioning room even after complaining to them many times:(

可もなく不可もなく。コストパフォーマンスが良いホテル
グアム訪問者の中では少数派のビジネスでの滞在です。 ですので観光での利用とは求めるものが違うかもしれません。 朝ホテルを出れば夕方まで戻りませんし、部屋でちょっとしたパソコンでのワークをしたりします。 今回気づいたことの良い点・良くなかった点を。 良かった点としては、海側の部屋を予約しましたが、眺望はすごくきれいでした。 繁華街の目抜き通りも真下で、徒歩圏内にコンビニ、レストランがありました。空港でレンタカーを借りてのホテルチェックインですが、広い無料駐車場があり、付き合いの夕食で遅く帰っても駐車スペースに困ることは皆無です。よく冷える冷蔵庫があるので、ビールなどの買い置きができます。 良くなかった点として、海を見ながらコーヒーを、と思いバルコニーに出ると、お隣の部屋との仕切りが大きな穴の開いた格子なので丸見えです。カーテンを閉めていないと部分的に部屋の中も見えてしまいます。 バスタブがあるのですが、お湯の温度が低めです。グアムなので我慢できますが、疲れた身体を癒すだけの温度ではありません。 湯沸かしポットはありますが、コーヒーや茶などは備え付けがありませんので持参する必要があります。 部屋の明かりが暗いです。そもそも照明器具の数、配置が少なく、デスクにはスタンドも無いので、夜は書類作業ができませんでした。 家族旅行では使わないかな。ビジネスでの訪問では今後も使うと思います。

ホテルに何を求めるか？
寝るだけのホテルと割り切って価格重視で予約しましたが、部屋は広くきれいで良かったです。食事や買い物には徒歩圏内にたくさんお店があるのでこまりません。レンタカーがあったので特に不便を感じませんでした。たまたまでしょうが、午後7から11時の間、水が全く出なくなりトイレもシャワーも使用できなかったのが難点でした。

明るいスタッフでロケーションの良いホテル
2月にスイートルームに滞在し、とても快適だったため、今回も同じくスイートルームに滞在しました。が、2泊目の夕方からホテル全館、水道工事とのことで水が一切出なく、とても不快な滞在になってしまいました。もともと午前10時から午後3時まで水道が止まるとの掲示があったものの、実際は午後4時ごろから止まり、フロントへ何度も文句を言いましたが、あくる日チェックアウトをする時も水が出ることはありませんでした。暑い中シャワーが浴びれなく、手も洗えなく、ましてトイレの水も流れなく、悲惨でした。1泊分の返金はしてもらいましたが、とても残念な滞在になりました。便利なロケーションになり、観光客でごった返していなく、静かに滞在できるのは良いし、スタッフの対応は明るくて良いです。

とにかく古い。が安い。
ビーチから距離があり、プールも工事をしていて入れないというレベル。 工事してなかったとしても、あまり綺麗では無く入る気にはなれない。 繁華街には、頑張れば歩いていけるが、あまりオススメはしない。 まあ、安いので、夜中に着いて一泊するためだけに泊まった。 リゾートを満喫出来るかと言えば無理だろう。
