“The rooms were really clean, over all the place was excellent. The only thing was that on the buffet the food was the same every day, they need to change it a little.”

“Amazing location. All of the amenities are top notch. Out room was super clean with amazing views. There was always great food selections. Infinity pool is awesome, never felt overcrowded which was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Easy to make dinner reservations. Would highly recommend to use Uber since taxis can be a bit more pricy if you are planning to move around to other attractions. ”

“We loved that there were no sales people pressuring around time share purchases and day trips. The staff were all so friendly and we loved the relaxed vibe of the resort. We do wish the pools were open a little later and that there were coffee makers in the room but this was totally manageable. We were able to get coffee early at the buffet restaurants.”

“Staff was great! Good food and friendly staff from the cleaners to the transport and gate and front desk staff. I am sure a lot of work goes into organizing all the meals and such so great job! My only complaint would be the noise in our room was directly behind the entertainment so very hard to sleep. ”

“Great hotel. The pools are very nice, and it wasn't packed, which made the visit very nice. The spa was great, and my kids enjoyed their time at the beach (Rocky) and with the kids' club. Claudia, Karla, Paola, and Jenny from the kids' club were very nice, and my kids wanted to stay there every day. That allowed my husband and me to enjoy the secrets and VIP/Preferred areas. I recommend getting access to those areas; they make a difference. The only downside was the construction right next to……
