“Agarré este hotel para descansar porque tenía un viaje muy temprano. Lamentablemente no pude dormir: primero porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y, segundo, porque toda la noche se escuchó un ruido parecido a un silbato.”

“Lo único es que al Reservar incluimos niños en las habitaciones para el desayuno y al momento de llegar aya a varias mamás nos dijeron que los niños no estaba incluidos y nos cobraron mas por cada niño$600 por cada uno para Incluirles su desayuno. Aparte del costo de la habitación.”

“Agradable y limpio el lugar… Sin embargo el AA no enfriaba bien el cuarto, el área de la alberca solo cuenta con una mesa y 4 sillas (las cuales estaban ocupadas), creo que al menos debería de haber 2 o 3 mesas con sus sillas para departir y compartir esa área”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint is that if you don’t get the all inclusive, you can’t use the minibar fridge that’s in your room. It’s locked & if you want to use it they will charge you, even if you don’t consume the beverages that are already in there. That was inconvenient.”
