“I reserved a room through Expedia then called the hotel to confirm and was told by a very stressed woman that there were no rooms available and they were 25 rooms overbooked and that’s not always reflected on a third party website. It took me another hour to call Expedia and wait for them to call the hotel to finally get my money refunded for a non-existent room that I had literally just reserved a half hour earlier for friends that were stranded at the airport. Not a great experience.”

“It was a very clean room, comfortable bed(seemed smaller than a queen tho). It was a little confusing when we arrived because we thought second level would be the 2nd floor but really it was the first floor. There is a recessed "first floor", so they consider it second level. We really wanted to catch the bus to get us to Rockport center because parking can be tough there. We were given a brochure and scanned it to download the app and paid for bus tickets. The app took our money only to find……
