“Traveling to Salem on the off-season was a great experience for this hotel. There was plenty of parking, even though the parking in the back was small. The hotel itself is clean and beautifully decorated. The concierge was easy to get a hold of through text messaging. I like the digital check in and check out.”

“First time visiting Salem & the Salem Inn did not disappoint! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! It’s so cozy & cute & in a PERFECT location! All of the major sights to see are in a walkable distance as well as the train station if you need to go into to Boston. Another major plus was the breakfast included! Very delicious and the inn keeper could not have been any sweeter! We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!”

“I stayed at this property 3 different times during February 2026 up until today. I travel for work and have stayed at different hotels and this, by far is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My 1st stay, i overlooked some things bc I dont like to complain, house keeping was supposed to come in and restock towels and remove dirty ones, empty trash restock toilet paper, ect. I walked in oneday and had a stack of towels thrown on the couch and dirty towrls just piled up the whole 12 days I stayed. My 2nd stay, i……

“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”
