Very beautiful historic property and the rooms were recently renovated it appeared. Nicely decorated and very clean. Some minor maintenance issues noted like fire pit broken at Rincon pool, loose faucet in bathroom, some broken umbrellas etc. overall great stay and would recommend to others.

Place itself is very nice. Not very convenient or kid friendly, and nowhere to walk to, but the deal killer is that the service is through a 3rd party, who then communicates to the apartment complex. Of course, they barely speak English. You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment. Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd party rental company and start over.
