The staff was friendly enough but the beds mattresses were saggy and while they offered us a change of room, all beds mattresses were in a similar condition. I would not recommend this property if you need a firm mattress. The location is fine and breakfast pretty ok for this price level.

I love staying at the Dorm Hotel whenever I go to Ithaca because it has unique decor, it's clean and conveniently located, the staff is always extremely nice and helpful, and the amenities in the common area makes the stay more comfortable. I highly recommend it for a fun, comfortable, and quiet stay.
