“The room was ok, bed was comfortable, bath wasn't the greatest, but we only slept there, so for the price it was fine. Just outside was a little messy and junky. Parking lot gravel needed help. The staff were great, taking us to our room and starting the AC for us. Was a cute lodge, just a little messy outside.”

“This was a great stay for us while going to a concert at Beech! The only downside was the fact that there wasn't any A/C but it is cooler on the mountain. The facility is dated but was really clean.”

“Location to Grandfather Mountain was great. A/C was great. Kitchen does not have some basic utensils and is not fully supplied (as advertised) - fortunately there is a Food Lion nearby where we bought what should have been supplied. Sofa and chairs did not feel clean and we put a sheet over the sofa. Beds and bed linens were good and clean. But, great place to have a family get-together to attend the nearby Highland Games at Grandfather Mountain.”
