The whole property seemed to be nicely updated-paint, furnishings, appliances, etc. The Birchy is also conveniently located. We would definitely stay at The Birchy again.

I had booked a single queen bed room. When we checked in Maddison said those rooms were only in their annex building. She immediately upgraded us to a king room facing the city and lake. It was a beautiful room and view. I later went down o thank her for our upgrade. She modestly said you’re welcome. She always loves to do an upgrade when possible. The room was quiet and comfortable and made for a great night in Marquette. The location was walkable to everything we were three to see.
