“This is a fairly new Hampton, in a good location with lots of free parking. As a Hampton property, you expect it to be nice neat and clean. Our room smelled like dirty feet and the tile in the bathroom had a trail of dirt that did not look like it had ever been cleaned. Our shoes stuck to the tile so needless to say we didn’t walk barefoot in the room. I took a rag and cleaned a spot on the tile so someone would hopefully see how dirty it was and mop. I did tell the checkout person when we were……

“We never received the email with entry code or phone number. Had trouble finding a number to call to resolve as it was not on the door. Air Conditioner was extremely loud. It humed and rattled mirror in bathroom and woke us 3 times during the night. ”

“Originally, we planned to stay in the town of Hermann but decided to browse the area for other nearby alternatives. We very much enjoyed our stay and couldn't have been happier. We lucked out with a few days of nearly perfect weather and sunshine. The views off the deck were amazing. Breakfast was exceptional—one of the best of any BNB we've ever visited. “This was our second stay. Although laid out differently, each of the rooms are essentially the same. This time we stayed on the first floor and fully expected a "basement experience". Not to be had! Never would have realized we were partially underground. As usual our room was ready, clean as an operating room and comfortable. The newest addition is the ar ade/bar caddy corner to the hotel. We spent a few nights enjoying libations and games!”
