“Breakfast was average. Our tv remote didnt work. So we got batteries. Still didnt work. Got another remote still didnt work. Had to use our daughter across the halls remote. Their bedding was dirty so had to have that changed right when we got there. Other guests had issues with their room keys not working. Windows were filthy with fingerprints. Floors around the beds were clearly not vaccumed. Screens were tore. Our spout in the tub wasnt screwed into the wall so we did that. No coffee pot in……

“Property was absolutely filthy and needed updated at least a decade ago, if not longer. There is a "remodel" going on, but what exactly is being improved? No clue, we saw no improvements. What we did see was torn and hanging wallpaper literally everywhere, construction dust and trash from days? weeks? months? prior with absolutely no attempt to keep the establishment tidy. “I was not impressed with this hotel, there were groups of people gathered outside in the evenings being very loud. No housekeeping, I took out my own trash, toilet broke the first night, maintenance fixed the next day. Two separate buildings, the lobby was in the opposite building as what I was in. I was not told towels had to be exchanged to get new towels until I was already in the lobby asking for clean towels. I left the lobby went into the second building all the way up to the third floor……
